1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store and the terms of concluding sales agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.

1.3. These Terms apply to all users of the store.

1.4. Sales are conducted for both individual consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).

2. Definitions

  • Seller — EGRAS Sp. z o.o.

  • Buyer — individual or legal entity making a purchase

  • Store — Seller’s online store

  • Product — parts, adapters, and components for engine and transmission swaps

  • Agreement — sales contract concluded remotely

3. Product range and information

3.1. The store sells components for car modification, including swaps for Mercedes engines and 7G-Tronic and 8HP transmissions.

3.2. Product information (descriptions, photos, technical data) is for informational purposes only.

3.3. Products are intended for professional use. The Seller is not responsible for improper installation or use.

4. Placing Orders

4.1. Orders are placed via the website.

4.2. Account registration is not required.

4.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:

  • accuracy of the provided information

  • acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  • acceptance of the Privacy Policy

4.4. A sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. Prices on the website may be net or gross, as indicated in the product listing.

5.2. Available payment methods:

  • bank transfer

  • online payment via Stripe

5.3. Orders are processed after payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out via:

  • courier services

  • parcel lockers

6.2. Delivery cost and time are provided at the time of order.

6.3. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal and return of goods (B2C)

7.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
7.2. Exceptions: products made or modified to individual order; products installed in a vehicle altering their original condition.
7.3. Return procedure: notify the Seller by e-mail [email protected] and return the product in proper condition.
7.4. Return costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7.5. The Seller refunds the full payment within 14 calendar days using the same method as the original payment.

8. Returns and complaints

8.1. The Buyer checks the product upon receipt.
8.2. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail [email protected].
8.3. A complaint must include the Buyer’s information, order number, defect description, photos/videos (if possible).
8.4. The Seller reviews complaints within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

9. Warranty and liability

9.1. Warranty terms are specified in the description of each product available in the online store.
9.2. If no warranty period is specified in the product description, a 14-day warranty from the date of receipt applies.
9.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, use contrary to the intended purpose, mechanical damage, third-party interference, or modifications.
9.4. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the product, except for mandatory liability under the law, including hidden defects and non-conformity of the product with the description.

10. B2B — Special Terms

10.1. For business customers:

  • right of withdrawal does not apply

  • Seller’s liability may be limited

  • disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office

11. Personal Data

11.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All materials on the website (texts, photos, descriptions) are the property of the Seller.

12.2. Copying and use without the Seller’s consent is prohibited.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. Applicable law — law of the Republic of Poland.

13.2. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.

13.3. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms. The current version is always available on the website.
